With over 20 years of experience in manufactured housing, Macedon Community is supported by a loyal, long-term team that truly understands the ins and outs of manufactured homes.
Our on-site facilities team is HUD certified as well as a certified New York State installer to ensure homes are maintained, renovated, and installed to the highest standards. We also have an on-site park manager and a responsive office team that is always just a phone call away.
Community Experience
Macedon Community is proud to be home to many long-term residents, including families who have lived in the park for over 15 years. Our community offers a welcoming environment that is ideal for raising a family or enjoying a peaceful and comfortable retirement.
We use the latest technology to enhance the resident experience. Residents have access to the Loft resident portal, allowing rent to be paid securely online at any time. For added convenience, rent may also be paid using the secure rent drop box located within the park.
